Vikash founded Yukti to fuse institutional-grade research rigour with the agility and technology focus of a modern advisory firm. He brings 13+ years across research operations, finance, administration and business development in India’s social-research sector — with hands-on exposure to flagship national surveys including NFHS, LASI, CNNS and DLHS, multi-state field operations and institutional research governance.
His background spans the full operational backbone of large research programmes — field planning, budgeting, compliance, IRB administration and client engagement — giving Yukti’s clients a partner who understands how great research actually gets delivered on the ground.
